2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Noorsarai P.S. Case No. 226/2022 registered under section 304(b), 120(b)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. As per the prosecution story, the deceased has been killed by the accused persons for demand of dowry and the petitioner is the husband of the deceased.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the deceased has committed the suicide as the petitioner is physically handicapped and the deceased was not happy with the marriage.

6. The learned counsel has taken this Court to some of the paragraph of the case diary to show that the police and family members of the deceased were informed about her death and when they reached there they found that the deceased has consumed poison. In the Post-Mortem Report, no external injury has been found. The petitioner is in custody since 06.04.2023.

7. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

8. Considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

9. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge, if the charge is not framed yet on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VIIth, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Noorsarai P.S. Case No. 226/2022.
