This application has been filed by the petitioner for modification of judgment and order dated 27.07.2021 passed in CWJC No. 12904 of 2021 as in the aforesaid writ petition, Engine Number of the vehicle, in question, has inadvertently been typed as "JA06ERKGC1823" in place of Engine Number "JA06ERKGC18231" and the same mistake also crept in the judgment dated 27.07.2021.

Patna High Court MJC No.1779 of 2021(2) dt.06-10-2021 2/2 As such, learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the main writ petition with respect to engine number of the vehicle in question. Accordingly, let Engine Number "JA06ERKGC18231" be read in place of "Engine Number ."JA06ERKGC1823".

Learned counsel for the petitioner further prays that petitioner may be granted further time to appear before the concerned appropriate authority, as the earlier date fixed by this Hon'ble court has already elapsed.

As such, petitioner is directed to make himself available on 25.10.2021 at 10.30 A.M. before the concerned appropriate authority.

The order and judgment dated 27.07.2021 passed in CWJC No. 12904 of 2021 stands modified to the aforesaid extent only.

The modification petition is allowed.
