The Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case instituted for the offence under Section(s) 147, 148, 447, 323, 307, 374, 504, 120-B Indian Penal Code.

Considering that the case is of the year 2012 and the Petitioner was named in the First Information Report but only now he has approached the Court, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to him in connection with Bela P.S. Case No.33 of 2012 pending in the court of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur.

Prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.

The Petitioner is directed to immediately surrender

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45364 of 2015 (2) dt.14-10-2015 2/2 before the Court below failing which the Court below shall take stringent steps to ensure his arrest.
