The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Aurangabad Town P.S. Case No.502 of 2024 registered for the offence under sections 65(2) of the B.N.S., 2023 and under sections 4 and 6 of the POCSO Act.

The petitioner was caught red handed while committing rape with a three and half years old child. He is in custody since 13.07.2024.

Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this bail application is rejected. (Sandeep Kumar, J) pawan/- U T
