The Petitioners apprehend their arrest in Manpur P.S. Case No. 28 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 379, 153(A), 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners have not committed any offence and has been falsely implicated in this case. This case is counter blast of Manpur P.S. Case No. 33 of 2016. It is further submitted that the matter has been compromised between the parties outside the court and to that regard a compromise petition has been filed,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22866 of 2017 (2) dt.06-06-2017 2/2 photocopy of which has been annexed as Annexures-2 to this application. The petitioners have also got no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners named above in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, VIIth, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Manpur P.S. Case No. 28 of 2016; subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. (S. Kumar, J) Ranjan/- U
