JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 20-09-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No.111 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)/26 of the Arms Act and Section 51 of the Wild Life Protection Act, 1972. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that allegation against this petitioner is that on search one country made pistol loaded with cartridge from left side waist and five live cartridges from right side of pocket of paint were recovered. The petitioner is in custody since 21.3.2019. Considering the fact that the petitioner has remained in custody for nearly six months, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
