The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Ishakchak P.S. Case No.26 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 341, 323, 324, 308, 427, 385, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. The petitioner no.1 has got one criminal antecedent whereas petitioner no.2 has got no criminal antecedent as stated in paragraph-3 of the bail application. It is further submitted that the allegation against the petitioners are general and omnibus in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46138 of 2022(2) dt.05-12-2022 2/2 nature. It is submitted that the injuries sustained by the informant are simple in nature.

Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bhagalpur in connection with Ishakchak P.S. Case No.26 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
