Case No.328 of 2012. He was arrested on 18.04.2013. He filed B.P. No.397 of 2014 in the Court of 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Hajipur for bail. The same was rejected by the trial Court on 14.05.2014. Hence, this application.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Basically, this Court finds that initially the accusation was that the petitioner and three others committed theft. However, by including another person, it was brought under the purview of Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. On the basis of confession said to have been made by one of the persons, the petitioner was implicated in many cases in various

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23697 of 2014 (4) dt.21-01-2015 2/2 police stations simultaneously in the year 2012. The truth or otherwise of the allegation against the petitioner needs to be decided in the trial. The petitioner has already been in jail for about one and half years. Hence, this application is allowed. The petitioner shall be released on bail, if his presence is not required in any other case, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No.328 of 2012, subject to the condition that he shall report to Goraul Police Station between 9 A.M. and 10 A.M. on every 1st and 3rd Sundays of the month. If he fails to report to the concerned police station even once, his bail bond shall stand cancelled.
