The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with C 2 Case No. 06 of 2019 registered under Section 23 (1) of P.C. and P.N.D.T. Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. There is general and omnibus allegation against him.

Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State opposed the prayer of the petitioner by contending that during inspection, the team constituted by the District Magistrate, Vaishali, found the Pathology Labs/ Diagnostic Center, running

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3251 of 2021(2) dt.16-11-2021 2/2 illegally under the district. The team also found that India Janch Ghar, Muzaffarpur Road, Mahua, closed and sealed. The said centre was alleged to be run by the petitioner. Hence, this is not a fit case of anticipatory bail.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer of the petitioner is rejected. (Arvind Srivastava, J) utkarsh/- U T
