2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Vishnupad P.S. Case No. 206 of 2024 registered under Sections 121, 122, 126(2), 115(2), 352, 351(2), 303(2) of the B.N.S.
3. Allegedly, the informant took the petitioner's family in a marriage ceremony by his taxi on hiring and dropped at the destination. It is further alleged that the petitioner called the informant at the second floor of the hotel and started assaulting him and when he objected, the petitioner assaulted him with knife with intention to kill.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48428 of 2025(4) dt.11-02-2026 2/2 this case. Injuries are simple in nature. There is case and counter case between the parties and the petitioner has also suffered injuries.
5. On the other hand, learned counsel for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Gaya in connection with Vishnupad P.S. Case No. 206 of 2024 , subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the BNSS.
