The petitioner, who is in custody since 03.02.2022, seeks bail in connection with Supplementary Alauli P.S. Case No. 120 of 2021 dated 30.03.2021 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 348, 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506, 354, 379, 427, 326/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Though the petitioner has been named in the First Information Report along with others but, the specific act of assault has been attributed to co-accused Sulendra Singh @ Surendra Singh and Nandlal Singh.
Mr. Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner has pointed out that there is a counter version of the occurrence also
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46298 of 2022(2) dt.25-11-2022 2/2 lodged by co-accused Nandlal Singh.
The aforesaid Sulendra Singh @ Surendra Singh and Nandlal Singh have been granted bail by different Benches of this Court.
Regard being had to the aforenoted facts, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Supplementary Alauli P.S. Case No. 120 of 2021. (Ashutosh Kumar, J) rishi/- U T
