The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Navi Nagar P.S. Case No. 195 of 2016/Complaint Case No. 740 of 2016, registered under Sections 406, 420, 120-B, 467, 468, 323 and 341/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner and opposite patty no. 2 jointly submits that the matter was referred before the Mediation Centre, Patna High Court, where both parties appeared and settled their dispute amicably in terms of agreement dated 21.11.2017 and the claim amount of Rs.3,35,000/- has already

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22739 of 2017 (5) dt.29-11-2017 been returned by the accused-petitioner to the complainantopposite party no. 2, which would appear from the agreement and Mediators Report dated 24.11.2017.

Learned counsel for the complainant-opposite party no. 2 has no objection in allowing the pre-arrest bail to the petitioner.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-Ist, Aurangabad, in connection with Navi Nagar P.S.
