The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 865 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Regard being had to the fact that the petitioner is not alleged to have attributed any overt act as also the fact that a similarly circumstanced co-accused Sukhsen Sah has already been granted pre-arrest bail vide order dated 22.03.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.12202 of 2017, the petitioner is directed to be
