2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. According to F.I.R., this petitioner is alleged to have caused indiscriminate firing.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though there is allegation of firing against the petitioner but no one sustained any firearms injury. He next submits that petitioner has been made accused in this case merely on the basis of local enquiry.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.

No.48988 of 2024(2) dt.27-08-2024 2/2 firearms injury, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna City in connection with Khushrupur P. S. Case No. 58 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
