This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Deepnagar P.S. Case No. 82 of 2020 for the offence under Sections 25(1) (A) (aa) (a-b), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Considering the seriousness of the allegation made against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the Court below within three weeks from today and prays for regular bail, the Court below will consider the same and pass appropriate order without being influenced by the order of this Court.
