This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 420 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code and 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act. There was an agreement to sale between the coaccused and the complainant and the informant and the petitioner was mediator in that agreement. On failure of performance of agreement, the first information report has been lodged.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19878 of 2017 (2) dt.28-04-2017 2/2 connection with Civil Lines P.S. Case No. 227 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
