Petitioners seek bail in Goberdhana P.S. Case No.19 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 302, 201 Indian Penal Code.

In the written report, there is allegation that married daughter of the informant, Sunita Kumari, was having love affair with Shailesh Khojwar, who was also married. Both were living together for three months. Daughter of the informant became traceless. The informant suspected that Shailesh Khojwar might have killed his daughter.

Counsel for the petitioners submits that during

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42868 of 2019(2) dt.17-07-2019 2/2 investigation name of the petitioners have been disclosed by coaccused, Shailesh Khojwar, in his confessional statement. There is no allegation of any specific overt act against the petitioners.

Petitioners are in custody since 08.05.2019 having clean antecedents.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioners for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, West Champaran, in connection with Goberdhana P.S.
