This application for grant of regular bail arise out of Muzaffarpur Town P.S. Case No. 253 of 2010 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 342, 341, 366(A), 376, 323/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 3, 4, 5 and 8 of the Prevention of Immoral Traffic Act.

In a case of 2010, the petitioner has been arrested in 2021. The allegation is of prostitution.

In view of the aforesaid fact, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. It is, accordingly, rejected.
