The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Raxaul P.S. Case No. 15 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 354 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there is a case and counter case and the specific allegation of assault with farsa upon the head of the son of the informant is against co-accused Sudip Giri and the fact that the petitioner having got roots in the society and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21216 of 2017 (2) dt.06-07-2017 2 / 2 has got no criminal antecedent, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Raxaul P.S. Case No. 15 of 2017 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today.
