JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 19-02-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 145 of 2020 for the offence under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he was involved in the trade of stolen motorcycle by manufacturing spurious document of ownership.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 23.04.2020. He further submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 23.04.2020, the
