2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 292 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 323, 354B, 354A, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code, under Section 8 and 12 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have misbehaved with his students.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 20.06.2024.

5. Learned counsel for the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-VII-cumSpecial Judge, POCSO, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 292 of 2024.
