Public Prosecutor. The present petition has been filed with a prayer to restore Cr.Misc.No.151 of 2013, which stood dismissed due to non-compliance of peremptory order dated 13.12.2016. After hearing learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts disclosed in the petition, same is allowed. Let Cr.Misc.No.151 of 2013 be restored to its original file. It is clarified that if the order dated 13.12.2016 passed in Cr.Misc.No.151 of 2013 is not complied with by 19th May, 2017, Cr.Misc.No.151 of 2013 shall stand dismissed without further reference to a Bench.
