Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bagen Gola P.S. Case No. 110 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 379, 354 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case in short is that on 30.09.2020 at about 8'O clock in the night after selling fish, Kanchan Devi, informant was coming to her village then in the way Baruha, near orchard of Bhola Paswan, her villager Jitendra Yadav, petitioner stopped his vehicle and starting scuffling with her. Thereafter, he popped her in the field of paddy and took away her all money about Rs.6,000/-, top of ear, pin (chhuchhi) of

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. He further submits that the injury report dated 30.09.2020 shows that the injury is simple in nature and petitioner is in jail custody since 04.10.2020. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is agreed to give Rs.6,000/- (Rupees Six thousand) to the victim.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the bail petition. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on showing the receipt of payment made to the victim on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) only with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. I, Buxar in connection with Bagen Tola P.S. Case No. 110 of 2020.
