ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 02-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 353, 307, 188, 160 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Considering that even though the case is of the year 2002 in which charge sheet was submitted way back in the year 2004, I am not inclined to extent the privilege of anticipatory bail to the Petitioner in connection with Naya Ram Nagar P.S. Case No. 10 of 2002 pending before Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger. The prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. The Petitioner is directed to immediately surrender in the Court below failing which stringent action shall be taken against him. (Anjana Prakash, J) S.Ali/- U T
