The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Sanokhar P.S. Case No. 88 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 461 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the nature of the offence as also the fact that the petitioner is apprehending his arrest merely on suspicion, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
