The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Rasulpur P.S.Case No. 95 of 2016 registered under Sections 363 and 366-A of the Indian Penal Code.

It is contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the name of the petitioner has been given in the FIR merely on suspicion.

On the other hand, learned counsel for the informant submitted that the petitioner is the main person, who is alleged to have abducted the minor daughter of the informant and her dead body was recovered from a nearby field.

Considering the serious nature of allegation, I am
