The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Arwal P.S. Case No. 13 of 2017, registered under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arwal. The accusation is that petitioner along with three others were selected as Panchayat Teachers at Primary School, Hasanpur, Pipra on furnishing BETET certificates. On verification of their BETET certificates, it was detected that petitioner and three others were failed in BETET examination, but they produced forged certificate showing the marks above to pass marks.

No.21713 of 2017 (3) dt.31-08-2017 2/2 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, his prayer for grant of anticipatory bail stands rejected. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the trail Court within four weeks and pray for regular bail, which would be considered by the trial Court in accordance with law without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
