This application has been filed for grant of regular bail in connection with of N.D.P.S. Case No. 07 of 2023, arising out of Bakhri P.S. Case No.37 of 2023, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 8/20(b)(ii)(A)(B)/22 of the NDPS Act.

3. One Paroo Yadav with two bags was apprehended. On search, 12 kg. of ganja was recovered from the bags. The name of the petitioner has transpired in the confessional statement of co-accused Paroo Yadav. 4.

The petitioner has clean antecedent. He is in jail since 22.04.2023.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge if the charge has not already been framed, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Begusarai, in connection with N.D.P.S.
