2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341 , 323 , 307, 504 and 506 of IPC .
3 . As per the prosecution case , on the alleged date and time of occurrence , these two petitioners along with other co-accused persons assaulted informant and his daughter with butt of pistol and when villagers reached there then all the accused persons fled away from there .
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that these petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46346 of 2025(2) dt.11-08-2025 2/2 in this case . Injury sustained by the injured is simple in nature . There is no allegation of repetition of blow against these petitioners.
5 . Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that there is specific allegation against these petitioners along with other co-accused persons assaulted informant and his daughter with butt of pistol and have got three criminal antecedents.
6. Considering the nature of accusation , criminal antecedents of these petitioners and gravity of offence , prayer for pre-arrest bail of these petitioners is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Koushik/- U
