The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present application has been filed seeking quashing of the order taking cognizance but then the order is of the year 2015, as such, petitioners presently are not aware that whether charges have been framed against the petitioners or not, it is thus submitted that petitioners are permitted to withdraw the quashing application with liberty to raise all the issues at the time of framing of charge, if charges not framed.

Permission is accorded.
