The petitioner was allowed anticipatory bail on 09.12.2016 in Cr. Misc. No. 49474 of 2016 in connection with Maker P.S. Case No. 89 of 2016. The petitioner could not furnish bail bond within time and the present application has been filed for extension of time to file bail bond.

Considering the prayer of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, file bail bond in pursuance of that order within further four weeks after depositing Rs.2,000/- in the Victim Compensation Fund.

With the aforesaid observation, this application stands disposed of.
