The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner alongwith his family members is of killed the daughter of the informant due to nonfulfillment of demand of dowry. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. The petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased and the husband of the deceased is in judicial custody. The petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 29.06.2020. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent which

Considering the facts that the husband of the deceased is in judicial custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Kathaiya P.S.
