2. The accused-petitioner, named in the F.I.R., is apprehending his arrest in connection with Dehri (T) P.S. Case No. 703 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 63, 65 of the Copyright Act, 1957.

3. As per FIR, petitioner found involved in violation of Copyright Act created in favour of informant, as he found indulged in selling of TVS motor parts without any letter of authorization.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that alleged raid, as mentioned in the FIR, was made in presence of petitioner, but despite his presence his signature could not obtained

It is pointed out that seizure list witnesses are Biplav Biswas and Kaushik Mandal, who are interested persons. It is submitted that petitioner is a man of clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

In view of the aforesaid factual submissions and by taking note of the fact as seizure list prima facie suggests missing of signature of petitioner despite his presence, making the entire raid, as alleged, doubtful on its face, accordingly, abovenamed petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of four weeks from this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing of bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Dehri, District - Rohtas, in connection with Dehri (T) P.S. Case No. 703 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C/Section 482(2) of the Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (in short "B.N.S.S.").
