Let the defects, as pointed out by the office, be removed within four weeks of start of normal functioning of the physical court.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with the liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks and move for regular bail before the Court below and the learned Court below shall consider the bail application of the petitioner on the basis of own merit and disposed of on the same day without being any prejudice of the previous order and the present order.
