That this writ application is being filed for issuance of an appropriate writ / writs / order / orders commanding / directing the respondents to release the retiral benefits with (i) the difference salary from 09.08.1999 to 14.11.2000 under the A.C.P.

Scheme, (ii) The difference salary from 15.11.2000 to 31.03.2007, (iii) The dues difference salary from 01.04.2007 to 31.12.2008 under this pay revision, (iv) The dues difference salary from 01.01.2009 to 30.01.2011 under 6th pay

Patna High Court CWJC No.16654 of 2021(2) dt.07-02-2024 2/2 revision, (v)The dues difference salary from 28.07.2011 to 31.11.2012 under 6th pay revision, (vi)The salary from 01.02.2011 to 09.02.2011, (vii)The Subsistence Allowance from 10.02.2011 to 27.07.2011, (viii) The salary of the month of February, 2012 after quashing the letter no.- 466(2) dated 21.06.2014 passed by the District Magistrate cum Collector, Madhepura the Annexure- 1 of the petition."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
