2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341 , 323 , 307, 504 and 506 of IPC .

3 . As per the prosecution case , on the alleged date and time of occurrence , these petitioners along with other coaccused persons assaulted on the head of informant and his daughter with with butt of pistol due to which they sustained injury . Allegation is general and omnibus. Doctor has found the injury simple in nature .

4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail

Considering the nature of injury and circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let these petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class Patna City Patna in connection with Khushrupur P.S. case No. 511 of 2023 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure .
