2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Khodawandpur P.S. Case No. 106/2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 376(D)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Though the petitioner is accused of committing rape but the police after investigation has exonerated him and submitted final form. The Magistrate has taken cognizance after differing with the final form.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 16.03.2024 and he has clean antecedent.

5. Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like
