Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Brahmpur (Krishnabrahm) P.S. Case No. 244 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Informant alleges that on 06.05.2020 at 7 pm when he was going to his village three unknown miscreants surrounded him and snatched his purse, mobile phone and motorcycle. In course of scuffle, they fired at him causing injury in his stomach. During investigation, police recovered a suspected

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that that similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by the different Co-ordinate Bench of this Court. He further submits that there is no any recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioner and no T.I. Parade has been conducted. The petitioner is in jail custody since 20.06.2020 and charge sheet has been submitted against the petitioner.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the bail petition. In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) only with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Buxar in connection with Brahmpur (Krishnabrahm) P.S. Case No. 244 of 2020.
