JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 30-09-2019 Petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 462 of 2019 in which cognizance has been taken under Sections 323, 341, 498A and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner, who happens to be husband of the complainant, is that he subjected his wife to cruelty with respect to demand of Rs.2 lac and motorcycle. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner was married forcibly with the complainant by her family members and for that he has filed Matrimonial Case No. 34 of 2019 before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Begusarai

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44816 of 2019(3) dt.30-09-2019 2/2 and due to that the present case has been filed. Heard learned APP also, who has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
