2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had approached this

Patna High Court MJC No.2168 of 2025(3) dt.31-07-2026 2/2 Court by filing CWJC No. 15963 of 2023 and after hearing the parties, a detail judgment was passed on 01.04.2024. The Municipal Corporation, Chapra, against the said judgment, filed L.P.A. No. 652 of 2024 in which, the order dated 01.04.2024 passed in CWJC No. 15963 of 2023 was upheld. Then against the order dated 30.01.2025 passed in L.P.A. No. 562 of 2024, the Municipal Corporation filed appeal before the Hon'ble Supreme Court being SLP (C) No. 4556 of 2025, in which the Hon'ble Supreme Court upheld the order dated 01.04.2024 passed in CWJC No. 15963 of 2023 and the order dated 30.01.2025 passed in L.P.A. No. 562 of 2024, without interfering with the judgment passed by this Court.

2. Now, the authorities, in compliance of the order dated 01.04.2024 passed by this Court, have taken steps to comply with the order to redress the grievance of the petitioner and the same is under active consideration by the authorities of Chapra Municipal Corporation, as such, he seeks to withdraw the present contempt petition.

3. In view of the aforesaid information, the present contempt petition is consigned to records.
