The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 323, 325, 307, 504, 506, 34 & 302 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case, in brief, is that on 12.04.2022, all the F.I.R. named accused persons including these petitioners attacked the informant's brother-in-law namely Budha Singh. It is further alleged that co-accused Diwakar Kumar repeatedly inflicted sabal blow over the stomach and chest of Budha Singh and thereafter, these petitioners and other co-accused persons also assaulted him, as a result of which, he sustained multiple injuries and during course of treatment, he (Budha Singh) succumbed to the injuries.
