This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 447, 341, 323, 324, 307, 354, 379, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is alleged to have caused injury by farsa on the head of the wife of the informant. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that after investigation the police submitted final form not sending up the petitioner for trial. However, the learned Court below has taken cognizance. The doctor has found simple injury. Since, the petitioner had knowledge that his act might cause death, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
The prayer for anticipatory bail is refused.
