The petitioner is in custody in connection with Ahiyarpur P.S. Case No. 35 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 399, 402, 414, 412 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25 (1-b)a, 26/35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that from the possession of this petitioner except Rs. 6000/- no other incriminating article was recovered. The petitioner is in custody since 14.01.2019.

Considering the aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate,
