3. This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Bathnaha P.S. Case No. 73 of 2023 registered under section 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code which is pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the dead body of the victim has been recovered pursuant to the statement of the petitioner.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer
