The petitioner has filed the instant application for modification of the order dated 12.07.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 34070 of 2021.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner denies marriage with the informant but due to typographical error it has been wrongly typed in the forth and fifth paragraphs of the order dated 12.07.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 34070 of 2021 as:
"It is submitted by learned counsel for
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47689 of 2022(4) dt.01-02-2023 2/2 the petitioner that petitioner is husband of the informant and he is ready to keep the informant as wife with full dignity and honour.
The aforesaid offer of the petitioner has not been accepted by the informant who denies to go to her matrimonial house and live with her husband."
Accordingly, the order dated 12.07.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 34070 of 2021 is modified to the extent that the above sentences written in the forth and fifth paragraphs of the order be deleted.
The remaining part of the order shall remain unchanged.
