The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is general and omnibus allegation of demand of dowry and torture for the same.

It appears that the husband has already been allowed regular bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 29.03.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.55041 of 2016 and other relations have been allowed anticipatory bail by the same Hon'ble Bench vide order dated 06.04.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 12147

Allegation against the petitioners is of similar footing, hence, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Begusarai/successor Court in connection with Bachhwara Police Station Case No. 141 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure as well as condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
