1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The present Cr. Misc. Application has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the opposite party nos.2 & 3 by the learned 11th Additional Sessions Judge, Saran, Chapra vide order dated 28.03.2023 passed in A.B.P. No.3676 of 2022 in connection with Mashrak P.S. Case No.497 of 2022.

3. Vide order dated 13.11.2025, a report with respect to stage of trial was called for from the learned concerned Court which was received and in the said report, it is stated that out of five prosecution witnesses, four prosecution witnesses including

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48227 of 2023(3) dt.15-12-2025 2/2 I.O. have already been examined.

4. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the disposal of the trial and the petitioner shall also co-operate before the learned Trial Court for early disposal of the trial in connection with Mashrak P.S. Case No.497 of 2022.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.

6. In view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the present Cr. Misc. Application stands disposed of with direction to the learned Trial Court to take steps for early disposal of the trial in connection with Mashrak P.S. Case No.497 of 2022.
