JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, who is a juvenile, is an accused in a case under Sections 341, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner figured in the confessional statement of coaccused, who has already been granted bail. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- (Five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Juvenile Justice Board, Buxar in connection with J.J.B. Case No. 509 of 2014, arising out of Buxar (Industrial) P.S. case No. 100 of 2013 with the condition that the
