Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Gobardhana P.S. Case No. 35 of 2016 registered under Sections- 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a lady and did not assault the deceased. As a matter of fact, the deceased had fallen down in a ditch. Learned Addl. P.P. appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that there is allegation of brutally assaulting the deceased which has been supported by the post mortem report.
Considering the nature of allegations levelled
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22042 of 2017 (4) dt.18-08-2017 against this petitioner and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, I do not feel inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Her prayer for anticipatory bail is, therefore, rejected.
