JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-10-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being the step mother of the informant is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 327, 328, 344, 498A and 323/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The basic accusation is of torture to the mother of the informant as the petitioner is the second wife of the father of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was married to the father of the informant more than two decades ago and now for the petty dispute, the accusation has been levelled. A statement has been made in para 10 of the petition that mother of the informant was being treated by Dr. S.N. Mishra.

No.48375 of 2015 (2) dt.13-10-2015 2/2 Considering the nature of accusation and the petitioner being a lady, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Sasaram in connection with Dehari Mahila P.S. Case No. 28 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
